Return Process

  Log into your Saral Home account and navigate to 'My Orders' to select the item you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure the product is unused, unwashed, and packed in its original packaging with all tags and invoices intact.

  Scheduled Pickup

  Our courier partner will visit your address within 48-72 hours to collect the return package after your request is approved.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
